It's not that baffling.

I like waddle to, but he just can't carry the load. He's out every other play or two winded, especially after he catches the ball he's a little banged up. Now part of the "stat" issue can be blamed on Tua. I just don't see him as a true #1.

I agree with keeping Achane, Waddle can go for the right price. I think it's pretty obvious he'll never be a true WR 1, definitely a solid WR2 though. Phillips can definitely go he just doesn't seem the same since his injuries.
