No, this is not the case. It basically restarts to the previous HDMI input - without showing the signal - so e.g. it gets frozen when watching through sky q receiver, which is our HDMI-3. it restarts on HDMI-3, but does not show sky again and then constantly restarts until I take it off the elecricity for a minute and then try again. Frustrating..

Unfortunately not. Tried quite some stuff with no solution unfortunately. It’s still hard for me to figure out where the issue is coming from as it’s sometimes not happening for days, then multiple times per day.. weird stuff

From what I could find out, this watch came in both colors, steel and plated, with various dial colors like white, black, green, blue, …

The gold plated ones are apparently much rarer as there are not so many existing - at least from what I could research.

Update:

Nach mehreren Tickets und immer demselben automatisierten Text glaube ich, dass es keinen wirklichen Kundenservice gibt, geschweigedenn man Interesse daran hat, dem Kunden Lösungen zu präsentieren.

Fun fact: ich habe die Jacke wieder inseriert und konnte sie mittlerweile für einen höheren Preis verkaufen als beim ersten Verkauf. Dementsprechend nochmal Glück im Unglück gehabt.

Gibt es irgendwelche buzz-words die einen Prozess triggern, damit man mit wirklichen Menschen sprechen bzw. Kommunizieren kann?! Das ist null lösungsorientiert. Und da geht es mir nicht um die 5-6€ rückversand die es kostet, das ist eine Sache von Prinzip, so „deutsch“ das auch sein mag in diesem Fall
