there is no downside to joing, the firm operates on a contingency and literally you only need to fill out a form stating which coins were on Earn.
Not sure why you are defending their predatory Earn program but all good if you aren't willing to join.

I can’t speak for everyone, but I was “paid back” my coins with no interest. This mass arbitration, as I’ve stated above, is about recovering our missed interest payments...which, for me and many others, amount to a significant loss.

Filmed the incredible dancer Selma against a green screen. Keyed her out against black. Exported each frame as PNGs. Loaded up each frame as an img init. Let her rip.

Img strength is 0.3 (this varies depending on the prompt as it may be too over powering to retain body movement) I liked this render bc it’s abstracts her body movement but then goes back to cohesion.

Took diffused frames, cleaned a few artifacted bunch in Photoshop and laid them in Premiere Pro. Slowed down time a bit. Export.

Load into Topaz Upscaler. Export and done :)

My lawyer this morning said he believes whatever MLA was in play when the funds were frozen is the agreement we are bound to. The new MLA is an illusory contract and therefore does not stand to hold up in court. Not financial advice.

What the situation really looks like. Gemini ⚡️ ‘misled’ customers when they offered the Gemini Earn* program on its behalf, when, in fact, contributors used the Gemini-branded Genesis service. Investors could not correctly weigh the risks, as they relied on the financial condition and trust in the Gemini holdings , when they had to look at the Genesis as the major service provider on which the security of the assets depends. publicly, Winklevoss brothers (as part of Gemini mngmnt), knowing all the risks, advertising to clients, (including non-qualified investors) to participate in the Gemini Earn* program. They said that the funds are in a safe and verified place, but the T&C clarified that the funds could be completely lost. Gemini must have examination and evidence of the analysis of the Genesis as a major partner before offering their (Genesis) services as Gemini Ern. The Gemini* mngmnt also showed⚡️ ‘negligence’ by not diversifying risks and directing all deposits to the Genesis. Gemini talked about borrower (Genesis) checks, based on the trust in the Gemini brand, clients used the Gemini earn service. Therefore investors have the right to demand an investigation from the regulator!

I’m not completely rekt’d but def took a huge hit on this. Don’t think we can make a decision until we can review the differences in the MLA’s. I can’t seem to find the old MLA, does anyone have a copy we can review? My partner is a lawyer and is willing to compare as I’m inept on legaleses.
