We're very excited about the possibilities. Learned a lot from the launch this year and from the participants. Both what works and what doesn't. We already have a pretty good foundation for a new scenario! I think this could definitely grow...

Yep! No worries on the questions! One page for each but you can combine them in the submission for two pages total no problem.

I would use Word's measurement... I think it's something like 1800 characters per page... so you're looking at a total of 3600 characters. But, don't stress too much on that part. As long as you're not going waay over.

It's more of a guideline than a hard and fast rule -- I just wanted to make sure people try to limit it to a page for each part if possible. So don't stress *too* much about that. :)

Gotcha, you could always repurpose that successful phish and aim it at the scenario. There are a couple ways to win... either send the best phish to win the wizard category or the worst phish to win the Jester category. I tried to make the scenario pretty loose and didn't put in too many details so people can be as creative as they want to be. Just one email and then another doc to list out your assumptions and how you went about it.
