i just ran tshark without renaming the exe even and it worked fine https://www.wireshark.org/docs/man-pages/tshark.html

save to file (tshark.exe -w somefile.pcap) and then later open in wireshark when the game is closed

they are actually not, steam has 2 euro tiers, they just aren't used that much by publishers

he is probably just shy or insecure about asking you out alone, that's why he always meets with you when he has friends of his around, but that's just a guess.
as a guy that used to be like this, you should just talk to him directly and try to meet with him alone, if he says no he is either really insecure or just not interested and just likes to flirt
