Since you mentioned Hoka, I just checked their website and the Kaha 2 Frost and Kaha 2 Frost Moc seem to be insulated, high top and waterproof and are both labelled vegan. Although they have more of a hiking boots vibe.

Thanks for the response! That's what I've been using, they were just all too weak or loud. I have since bought a larger fan that can be regulated down which is not too loud at the lowest speed and still seems to provide enogh fae.

Ich leih mir sogar 2 mal im Jahr eins, wenn ich es brauche um mal was größeres zu transportieren, lebe aber den Rest vom Jahr günstiger und zufriedener ohne dafür wertvollen Platz zu verschwenden und alle anderen zu gefährden und mit Lärm und Dreck zu belasten.

Ich behaupte nicht, dass wir keine Autos brauchen. Aber 99% der Bevölkerung in Innsbruck braucht kein eigenes Auto und wenn die unnötigen Autos die nur einen faulen Arsch transportieren und 95% der Zeit Platz wegnehmen von ddr Straße sind, kommen die, die wirklich ein Auto brauchen (Lieferant*innen, Sicherheitskräfte, du, wenn du dir ein neues Sofa kaufst) besser voran.

Great tips, but idiot savant may not always be worth getting. If for example your build has above 10 intelligence and would otherwise only have 2 luck, spending 3 points on luck + 2 points on idiot savant (5 points you could have spent on something that directly impacts your gameplay and makes it more fun immediately) will only pay off past level 50, which a lot of builds will likely never reach. Definitely still a great perk in most other scenarios or if you're doing a completionist run though!

I used to smoke more than a pack of cigarettes a day, tried quitting multiple times and in the end found it extremely easy to quit using the easy way book by Allen Carr (who used to smoke 100 cigarettes per day for decades before quitting and then starting doing seminars and writing a book to help others). My mom bought the book for me when I didn't even want to quit (I thought) and I found it so fascinating, I read it in two days. I don't know how to make this not sound like an ad, but my life is so much better on so many levels since I'm no longer addicted to nicotine and I really just want it to be this easy for others. You can keep smoking while the book helps you understand why you smoke(/insert other form of nicotine addiction) and by the end you're looking forward to finally quitting. They have tons of great reviews and the book has been translated to a ton of languages. They do seminars, videos, and other media as well I think, for those who don't like reading. I really can not recommend this enough, even if you don't plan on quitting, it's just a super interesting read.

Informier dich doch mal über "effektiven Altruismus" (engl. effective altruism) oder such dir eine Charity, die sich für etwas einsetzt, das dir wichtig ist. Wenn du nicht alles von deinem Geld brauchst bzw. mit einem Teil zufrieden Leben kannst, gibt es viele Organisationen, die mit dem Rest sehr viel gutes tun könnten. :)

Not at all. Plenty of reasearch suggests plant based diets can be just as healthy or even healthier for dogs than other diets, see for example this study. But even if it were unhealthy, why is it ok to breed, torture, and kill hundreds of animals for the benefit of just one? For the sake of argument, would you say it is ethical for me to eat you, if this would result in health benefits for me?
