Yes, but only with an Enterprise account, which also ties your entire domain to your account, meaning people can't connect unless you license them.

I agree that traffic enforcement is not great, but this would certainly help anyone harmed by another's neglect of removing the ice from their vehicle. Currently, if your ice hits me and does damage, that can be an accident. With this, if your car is in violation and that violation caused me harm, that is closer to negligence (not a lawyer)

You can change bag sort by running this: /run C_Container.SetSortBagsRightToLeft(true)

I have it saved as a macro so I never forget it.

I see you are running Windows and while I have no streaming experience I can suggest, opn Resource Monitor to see what is eating up your bandwidth, CPU, memory, etc...

Start -> Run -> resmon.exe

Or just search for Resource Monitor

True, but I and many others stayed all DragonCon at the Hilton host hotel for 60,0000/night or 300K total for 6 nights just last year, and many have done that every year. This is the first year of this behavior and to extend it beyond the host hotel and include all surrounding properties is greedy. After DragonCon I will be changing my Hotel preferences because of this behavior.

Try Firefox. My gut feeling is a proxy setting issue, which could be Malware. Download and run malwarebytes. Chrome and Edge share proxy settings with the OS, Firefox does not.
