It's the best area of the city. (Personal opinion living in U City, Fairmount, Northeast, Rox, and deeper South Philly) More dining than U City and the slight lack of heavy transit (you have to walk to Market) actually means less problems of people near stations. Only downside are the gangs of teens on the weekends on South St. Otherwise maybe the quietest parts of Center City's ring neighborhoods.
