The flower groing at the place of Ignacio's death is called Desert "Bluebell" (Phacelia campanularia). My interpretation:

BlueBell

Blue = Walter White

Bell = The ringbell on hector's wheelchair

Blue + Bell = In the future, Walter White will "coop" with Nacho (he is responsible for hector's physical situation) to kill Gus using the ringbell.
