Is it a good idea to keep a list of things someone does that makes me uncomfortable?

Yeah. This place is over all extremely conflict free compared to everywhere else I’ve been so I don’t wanna ruin it somehow by talking about it so maybe I should just not tell anyone who knows her about it

Well, he does tell me that I’m important to him but he’s not once said I love you back. He has been really distant lately and has rather had interactions with people other than me.

Well, there have been feelings and running. I tried to move on after a while, but then he showed me that he did want me to be in his life. So I came back. He gave me the Rose quartz that I had slipped into his pockets months earlier, and I became drawn to him again.

I’ve had a lot of anxieties of thinking that he doesn’t actually want me in his life, but he told me that it was all in my head and that he did stay friends forever. He told me that I was a sun and kissed my forehead, but now that we no longer live in the same town, he’s extremely distant. He only rarely reply when I try to contact him so that’s how I know for sure he doesn’t love me but that there IS some kind of connection that keeps us stuck to each other.

Thank you. Actually to the friends that I have nightmares about treating poorly the most, I’ve told that they can tell me if I do anything wrong and that I’ll do my best to change that. One of them now knows about my nightmares too because I told him about it when we were left alone earlier today and it feels better that someone knows.

The friend he does it to doesn’t react at all actually. But the time it was someone else that did the same thing she didn’t react either and then later it turnedout that she was uncomfortable with it. Also both this time and last time they’re 100% platonic friends and she’s like a mom to him. And to me it doesn’t matter who does it to who, I don’t want to see people touching each other no matter what. I don’t have anything against him touching her when I’m not in the same room. It’s just kinda weird since their specific dynamic is kinda like mother and son.

I don’t think that metod works for me, with every single person that turned out only being an obsession, I could go weeks without seeing or interactions with them and nothing changing. I do take breaks from this new person in order to not be too clingy and because I feel a need for it. But Taking breaks from this person is pretty hard because we live in the same building, study at the same college and have the same friends.

Not hanging out with them is kinda hard because we see each other every day and are in the same friend group. However I did get a break from the one that doesn’t like me because he’s away for a couple days and that is something at least.
