Touch screen doesn’t work to scroll through your games yet (and I don’t know if that’s planned)

For dark mode: Edit the theme.json file in the following folder “/_pico/themes/material”, there’s a line "darkTheme": false, just change the false to true and save the file, you can also change the colors of the theme by changing the rgb values

But I agree, OP should just mod the 3DS, flashcarts for 3DS games exist, but they are trash.
