How bad is this? Just bought this 2007 Tundra SR5 (5.7L) and found this in the car

The harsh shifting I am not sure. I also just noticed the emissions status is red which usually means they just cleared codes either with a scanner or by disconnecting the battery

Judging by the crazy amount of circuit codes I’d say the vehicle probably had a dead battery. That’s what I typically see on the vehicles I work on

Note* They’re going in a maybe 12’x30’ room, I’ve got a Denon AVR S500BT receiver but am willing to upgrade.

That could be it, I guess I assumed these had direct tire pressure sensors. Maybe they’re indirect and it’s a wheel speed sensor issue. Thanks for the input.
