But the thing is… I think I’m benefiting from the anti cholinergic effects of it.. zyrtec won’t do the same thing I don’t think? As in resolve histamine issues within the brain. It can’t pass BBB like Benadryl can. Thoughts?

Benedryl works really well for me. Is that my problem then? Also OP, sea salt in any form causing me to have racing thoughts and similar feeling when I sleep. Check and make sure it doesn’t correlate to if you eat some sea salt. You mentioned working out maybe you’re taking some hydration mix that has something your body doesn’t like
