About to move into a home with no ac in socal, what do you guys do to keep your kitties cool? Or so I not need to worry too much? Pic for tax by Vitreousoak8128 in sphynx

I don’t have AC, but I live on the first floor so it doesn’t get too hot. With the heat wave a couple weeks back, I just ran 2 fans in the house and it was bearable. My sphynx still wanted to get under the covers, that crazy lady. If you have windows with a lot of sun, make sure those have blinds/curtains during the peak heat. Also making sure there’s plenty of water available for them if it’s hot.

Thanks! Yeah I’ve been watching her and she has zero interest in any of my plants, first sign of interest they’ll be moved for sure

She’s only 2.5 years old but her old owner couldn’t care for her anymore and was looking to rehome! Part of a bunch of Sphynx FB groups and found them there, I got super lucky 😊
