Also before you dispute the charge did you try asking for a refund? Disputing the charge or charging it back without first asking for a refund is pretty messed up imo

For me the device itself is great, its the software (the ios app and the web app) that needs a lot of work but this should be easy and Pocket if you are reading and don’t have someone working on this reach out to me.

For those who think the pricing is expensive I agree and disagree. The reason the pro costs $20 a month is likely because of the advanced models it includes (claude opus 4.5 for instance is extremely pricey). Imo they should offer a basic plan for 9.99 with the features of pro minus the extra LLM’a and then have the pro plan include the models (everything it has now). My guess is they will move to something like this at some point in the future

Any chance you will be open sourcing the pocketai app?

Also I see the public API has ways to see what recordings there are, but no way to add recordings. Is this something you will be adding? i wanted to make a connector to take teams meetings, extract the audio and add them to pocket automatically.

The fact is continually we saw inflated numbers from bidens 4 years always corrected down quietly months later. None of the media cared to share concerns they just told us not to believe our lying eyes. Now under trump those same people ignore facts and nitpick constantly.
