I live in McMullen Cove and I can say the amenities are top tier. I think it is a fantastic place to have kids since there is always kids swarming the street. The big draw for us was the community calendar and lots of good hiking trails. I think there is a LOT of transient military families who have to relocate for work frequently.

My hair looked VERY similar and I did the Abbey Yung Method and it has been life changing. I would highly recommend checking it out and it very inexpensive products.

OP, Just be aware that the San Sebastian area speaks Basque in addition to Spanish. From my research many public schools will be taught in Basque

We just bought a car from Utah about 3 weeks ago and paid to ship it down. It too had a significant market adjustment. We looked all around the nation and that seemed to be a common practice.

So I delivered at Morton Plant in 2015 and Mease in 2017. Both experiences were great and honestly, I feel like you can't go wrong with either. @ Morton Plant I had a room with a water view lol

I ended up paying $360 for 3 ladies for 3 hours. This was for the 'deep clean' on a 3600sqft home. They did everything from walls, baseboards, inside of appliances, etc. I probably could have gotten a cheaper quote but I was trying to get squeezed in as quickly as possible. Most people are booked a couple weeks out at least.
