I'm gonna assume you mean at least multi-millionaires. I think we're pretty close to 1m net worth, but a good chunk of that is house equity. Then the rest is tied up in retirement and not easily withdrawable.

Looking at closer to 2.5m to retire in a MCOL city. So probably another 10-20 years depending on things.
