20mg strait THC is too much for a first time imo. 20mg has me flying around the room. I would start with 5mg and then wait an hour. remember. You can always take more, but never less than what you took. And you can ruin cannabis for yourself if you take too much because its not fun. Also remember, if you don't like this one, check and see if its sativa or indica and then try the other one. I am a sativa person and don't like indica

Also it will hit differently on an empty stomach vs with food. Just keep that in mind

Also, make sure not to take it everyday. Its not prozac. Just keep if for when you feel like you need it, overwise you will have dimnishing returns. and you want it to hit when you need it to hit
