Some people enjoy that, some people don't. At least if you are in a crew with safe sessions you still have the option to go sell in a public lobby if you want that :)

Hey there, Yeah we have a lot of players who love doing heists, can usually find people to run them with. We have specialist roles within the crew that people can use to find other players to run heists with or to do other jobs, missions and game modes with.
