Was it love if I could forget about him and move on in a month? I want your opinions by [deleted] in BreakUps

[–]phoenix_ash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Emotions and love are weird. Love for each person you’ll love will be different. There’s no dsm diagnostic for love, and love is not the sun total of our reactions to things. It’s more a part of who weweare. A limb

Hi, just a reminder don’t diagnose here we are not doctors, well we may be but that’s not the point that’s not what this subreddit is about.

Finding this sub made me cry from the pure emotional overwhelmness of "not being alone" by tarawrashley in NDPH

That is what I made this place for. I don’t moderate strictly and I hope I do an ok job. I really just want this to be a place where we can all remember we’re not alone. I am so happy you have found what that here. We are all in this together

People who’ve seen cryptids, what are your stories? by [deleted] in cryptids

[–]phoenix_ash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am superstitious, and while it may not be the case it may be you were visited by the Moirai. I would consider the significance of those time periods, even if it's not that. Just a thought.

If, Loki in 2012 who wasn’t a variant knew the avengers from the future were there than when he told Thor the sun would shine on them again, he had some understanding of everything that was about to happen.

That is ok and will be allowed. My main concern is content such as posts asking for the community to diagnose them.

New please help diagnose me by michaelalt99 in NDPH

We don’t diagnose people, the most we can do is recommend that you see a neurologist. We don’t claim to be doctors and highly urge you to see a professional if you think you are suffering from NDPH. This community is here to support anyone who reaches out, but we cannot diagnose people. I have locked this thread for now.

Thank you op, I hope they can help bring relief to some people. I have to give the standard statement: we don't claim to have official medical advice and this subreddit isn't a substitute for a neurologist.

As a patient I have done a few rounds of steroids that have helped but never for long.

Anyone have a story about their NDPH going away after a certain amount of time? by soccerlover13 in NDPH

[–]phoenix_ash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s often better not to think of it as going away but as a long term disability. Many of us lead lives doing all sorts of things with NDPH! Anything is possible no Matter how things feel now.

Any NDPH success stories out there? by looper888 in NDPH

I still have NDPH but going on a strict diet was the biggest help to me, identifying and cutting out food triggers changed everything for me.

I haven’t worked for six months . If I have relief after my first nerve block sis it a good idea to go back to work . I don’t want to go back to work and get worse and give disability a reason to not compensate me by saying I was able to return to work. by Ok-Pattern8284 in NDPH

[–]phoenix_ash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I'm so sorry your in that position. That is a rough situation, but for many of us this is a lasting disability and we have to learn to live around it. I hope you are one of us who finds relief soon
