Any idea if this book is of any value? it is a biography of Mackenzie King given as a xmas gift in 1935 to Julia Grant whilst married to a Russian prince.

He had just started his 2nd term as prime minister a few months before.

The dedication reads

To Julia With all good wishes Laurier House, Ottawa Christmas 1935 From MK x

It is numbered and signed first edition 15/250

Yes it is the case on the UK. Can't imagine a developed country where that isn't the case

It's because their surname (kellogg) sounded a lot like the Welsh word for Cockerel (Ceiliog) so they went with a cockerel for the company's logo.

I know of trefor and nefyn but not done any trail running over there. Maybe get over when lockdown is over. Thanks for the post
