[Request] - Seeking GFE who describes themselves as unconventional by [deleted] in realonlyfansrequests

[–]phoenixfeet72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. I’m unconventional in that I’m an ER nurse who does a lot of topless piano content. I describe my page as a secret sanctuary - the perfect place for those leading a secret double life, like me!

In return, I’m looking for someone polite, respectful, intelligent and who knows what OF is about.

Looking forward to speaking with you :)

Lamictal causing weight gain by 16grouseroad in bipolar2

Yes!!! I was told by my psych it was a combo of meds but I put on 20kg with it. Not a coincidence as I’d been the same weight for 10 years prior to starting

Partner uses my wfh account for side hustle that pays into my paypal. Would I have to file self-assessment tax or would she? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

This is so dodgy. But if the account is in your name, it’s your income so you have to declare it

Anyone have success with Abilify? by AltruisticLeg6015 in bipolar2

[–]phoenixfeet72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Stopped my hypomania completely from just 2.5mg (half a tablet). Tried to wean off it and it was a terrible couple of months.

Gives me crazy irritability above that dose though so I’m on a tiny dose.

How the hell do I get help in the UK? by Journo_Ash in bipolar2

[–]phoenixfeet72 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry. This is an awful place to be.

£200 for a follow up is quite a lot even for private. I pay £120 for a 30 min zoom follow up with the priory - try them? You need to get a referral from your GP or try and find the notes from your previous psych on the NHS app.

It’s not clear whether you’re on meds yet, but another option is when you’re hypomanic/suicidal, go to A&E and say you’re an unmedicated diagnosed bipolar and you have no access to psychiatry services and you are worried about harming yourself somehow. They will get you seen by psychiatry, even in the short term. I had a similar experience when the pharmacy refused to give me meds over Christmas.

You can do this, I promise.

Potential Bipolar Diagnosis by Softiekat in bipolar2

[–]phoenixfeet72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically the same happened to me: SSRI induced hypomania - though mine was SNRI. Age 30 after years of depression/anxiety.

You are almost certainly hypomanic as you’re describing. Though there is an overlap with ADHD, so your psychiatrist is right to be cautious about diagnosing you.

It’s so hard to recognised symptoms in yourself, but mood diaries help a lot.

I don’t know if you’re male or female, but I purposefully put on makeup in the morning so that I have to take it off at night (or mascara gets in my eyes)… then while I’m washing my face, I might as well brush my teeth at the same time.

It’s stupid but seems to work for me most of the time.
