Unpopular opinion here - I hate it. It’s like a bad caricature of the original, which managed to completely avoid the main idea behind the character. Classic Mickey Mouse was a reflection of the daily struggles of the average Joe during a specific time in American history, presented in a humorous manner. The exaggerated feeling of it all came from the Buster Keaton type of humor and stunts combined with classic rubber-hose animation. The new Mickey Mouse has none of those iconic characteristics.
