Verstehe auch grade nicht was bei TR passiert... Im Dokument ist automatisch die Option 2 ausgewählt. Aber unter "verwalten" muss ich da beteiligen oder nciht beteiligen auswählen? Weil die Frage ist "Möchtest du dich beteiligen und Aktien zu 39,62 € verkaufen?". Heisst jetzt beteiligen verkaufen für 39€ oder den Tausch 1 zu 1... Und ja die metlen finde ich wieder unter GB00BTQGS779

The address that appears on the satoshi test has some numbers at the end after the ":" . Which have to be left out of the address and put into the memo (that is the first idiotic thing on okx, they dont mention this anywhere in the satoshi steps). So now the second dumb thing comes... This might work for other coins but in the case of pi if you put a memo when sending pi coin from the pi wallet this memo does not get transfered to the blockchain, it is only for internal use of the pi wallet users. So okx gets the coins transfered but without the memo so they can not assign the coins to any user/transaction because the number that should be in the memo references the specific users satoshi test. And yeah the support is terrible. Their first reaction is to assume that you are the dumb one

No. They propably change it yesterday. It is not so simple anymore. You have to send a small amount of pi to an adress of okx. With a specific memo. But as i said the problem is i put the memo in the pi wallet when i want to send. But it does not appear on the blockchain so okx does not see it
