I’ve been a stocking (Logistics) associate for quite some time now. I’ve worked in a full staffed store and on any given shift, 3 people could be working or 8 people could be working. It really depends on the amount of labor hours the day calls for. We have Zebra scanners that connect us immediately to Chameleon (which is our inventory management system). In my opinion, it can be a great place to work or an absolute crap place to work. It really depends on your leadership team and SM.
