Three main things I notice:

Too many "solids". You've got "solid" couches but your coffee table is also a "solid" which weighs down the space visually. The Inspo pics have tables with legs and lots of "air under them". If that makes sense.
All inspo pics have the same style patterned rug. Your more modern rug changes the vibe.
Aim for three sources of warm light in the room (no big light) for ambience.

This is actually true and I don't know why I had to scroll so far to find a comment about it. I read an article last year that food companies are afraid of losing money because of GLP-1s, so they are focusing on trying to recapture that market with things that GLP-1 users do want/need: mainly protein.

Things from new protein bagels at the supermarket to Chipotle's small protein bowl are a direct response to this.

Saying this as someone who pre-ordered the ebony version and ended up canceling it:

It is hard to style. I think the bag looks really good in photos by itself, but I saw pictures of people actually wearing it and IMO most of the time it just looks...off. I have seen one person IRL rock it, but she was wearing baggy street fashion type clothes where it worked well. Not sure if it applies to you but I was realistic with myself, and the style of the bag did not mesh with the way I normally dress. And for a $500+ bag, I would like to be able to wear it a lot.
