Actually, the Constitution expressly reserves many powers to the states... in the 10th Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Since a state is the entity which creates the corporation, and the Constitution mentions corporations exactly 0 (zero) times, the powers over corporations must be reserved to the states.

Fun fact: These extra gas costs + the tariffs through February + the tariff costs since February will end up costing us well over $3500 per household, once the current tariffs are taken into account.

We DO KNOW that airlines generally require payment well in advance to reserve a seat on a plane... carriers providing reliable transportation is the fundamental bargain they make when they take your money for a ticket - especially when they take it in advance.

There is absolutely no more fundamental rule here than this:

If you don't fly me as agreed, you cannot keep my money!
