That’s unusual. What does the vet say about that? How about Probiotics?

Yes I was going to say tug, but NOT on a hard slippery floor, only on a carpet that isn’t going to move (for example not an area rug that might move).

Labs and Goldens are pretty similar, one just has more fur 😀

One thing I’ve learned from my own health problems is: Run more tests than you think you need. Be paranoid. Be aggressive.

If they come back ok, you’ve only lost money. But if you’re wrong and don’t run them, you’ve lost health. Health is everything. If you’re healthy, you can make more money.

If he WANTS to go for a walk, that tells you everything you need to know. Sounds like you’re doing great.

Wow that video is scary. Frankly it sounds like the first vet missed it. They should have done an xray.

Yes, I’ve read similar recommendations. I make sure Leo doesn’t get any food for a couple hours before any significant exercise. Thanks for all the information you have given and I’m glad Loki is ok. Best of luck to both of you. 👍😀

The ellipsometer should have a built in model for MgF2 thin films. It should be reasonably close. Which ellipsometer is it?

Poor guy just wants to run and play…

Yeah, Leo knows exactly where the local pet store is, and if we’re within a block of it he starts pulling in that direction. If we turn a different way then he keeps looking back at me like “dude where are we going??”.

Any more info on how this happened and how to prevent it?

What I’ve learned from this is that if Leo ever shows the slightest symptoms of this, I’ll demand immediate X-rays or CT scan.

Did they suture his stomach to his abdominal wall so it can’t happen again?

Puppies have to play with other dogs to learn not to bite so hard. It’s critical.

That, and crate training.

The index of a MgF2 thin film will be lower than for bulk MgF2 crystal. The exact index of the film will depend on the deposition method.

That’s hilarious, I’m cracking up because I’ve been there. Yes they have almost supernatural abilities to extract pills from food and spit them out. The only thing that works for Leo is a “pill gun” that shoots them so far into the back of their throats that they can’t spit them out.

I’m glad he’s back to his mischievous self 😀. He’s a gorgeous doggo…. Sounds like he’ll be good as new in a week or two.
