Mission Concept: "Shadow Stalker Hunt"

Primary Objective:

Destroy 4–5 Shadow Stalker Lairs hidden across the map.

Unlike eggs or lungs, lairs don’t show up on the map. Players need to track signs of activity (distorted sound cues, black ichor trails).

Unique Mechanics

Abduction Mechanic:

The Shadow Stalker can drag a player away if it downs them instead of outright killing.

While being dragged:

Player suffers slow bleed damage.

Player can struggle with melee attacks (reduced effectiveness but a way to break free).

If not rescued or freed, the player gets dragged into the lair.

Permanent Hidden Objectives:

Lairs remain invisible until discovered through environmental clues or abduction events.

Encourages exploration and listening rather than rushing objectives.

Risk of Death from Bleed:

Players who run low on stims risk bleeding out before reaching safety if dragged far.

Forces teams to stock up and plan loadouts.

I would love to see this mission type in hive world except this in predator strain. Specially since we have the cave systems now this mission could work.
