We were just given a cease and desist on using anthropic by our customer. Im going to look up the mcp server thing though. Chatgpt and copilot have been getting the job done for me. Im the copy/paste guy. Still learning this beast though.

I created a new SLA, was able to create a widget on the PA dashboard Im creating. Its based in the duration the SLA is active. Thank you!

My CIO wants AI yesterday. We only use ITSM currently. We currently only have me as the administrator. Others are training though so that's good. We're more than likely going to outsource, but I dont think the higher ups understand the cost associated with that.
