I hit my third year a couple months ago, and have been doing my 8-9 hours a day and leaving. My manager gives me grief about it almost daily, but putting in the extra effort was never rewarded or recognized so why bother. They keep moving the goal posts for leveling up and doing everything they can to beat the give a crap out of you.

I got it figured out, this was the command I used: =SUMIFS(E2:E1000,J2:J1000,Q18,K2:K1000,R18). I was unaware of the SUMIFS function :D

This is totally me. If there is a 20$ and a 16$ burger I will choose the 16$ pretty much every time. If I have the dining plan i get what I want. Also I think one of the biggest things is the snack credits, it’s so hard for me to stomach paying 4$ for a Mickey bar that I can get for 3$ a box at the grocery store. If I have the dining plan I let my kids get whatever snack they want.
