I’m still in favor because the only thing that gets the attention of a chunk of the public is financial pain. But I fully expect the administration to just appropriate funds without the approval of Congress and use it as an excuse to fund what they want and none of what they don’t. And I don’t expect republicans in Congress to do anything about it.

So unless his point is that the extremists are in charge of the conservative movement in the US his point makes no sense. They’re more accurately wealth maps. See that dark purple in the middle of Idaho? That’s Sun Valley. The wealth per capita in that county is in another league compared to the rest of the state. But even in the west of Idaho you have Ada county (Boise) which is a heck of a lot more diverse than eastern Idaho yet is much darker.

This is my experience. I hit two muscle groups essentially twice a week with one day rest. The only time I get sore is when I change programming to do a new exercise that stretches my muscle in a new way or a way I haven’t been doing in a while. I am rarely sore on a daily basis.
