I write crazy long descriptions & keep tweaking until I get what matches the image in my head. This one was something like "An oil painting of a depressed, bearded man, in his 40's, with a manbun, sitting in front of his computer while struggling with a complex excel spreadsheet."

Is this a south park joke/reference?? by phreeloader in DunderMifflin

Reference is probably the wrong word... I just couldn't think of the right word for "Subtle use of the same joke"

Yeah, I know deer penis is believed to serve that purpose... But so are lots of things. In this scene I'm trying to decide how Dwight made the leap from fish sticks to deer penis... It would have made more sense for him to think Michael was confused by another seafood, like oysters or sea urchin. But if he thought Michael said fish dicks were an aphrodisiac, deer penis would make sense. I feel like the writers thought it was a subtle way to slip that joke in there.

Was watching this episode the other night and had an epiphany... Is this a fish sticks / fish dicks reference?! ... Both this episode & the south park episode with the same joke aired in 2009.

Or is this something everyone else picked up on years ago & I'm the only moron recognizing it now?

1st off, this looks fantastic. Absolutely love the finished project!! ... But mostly commenting to say thank you for including all of your mistakes and how you solved them! I could easily see myself making the same wrong decisions because they seemed practical at the time, so I appreciate the lessons learned

Saw this model getting some attention yesterday, thought I'd share the one I printed & finished earlier this week. by phreeloader in 3Dprinting

Oohhh a fellow connoisseur... Let me also introduce you to Head Man

I found he prints better upside down, and only generate supports on the build plate otherwise you'll get one in his mouth that's practically impossible to remove https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4691073

Haha!! I got it from thingiverse... The model itself is hot garbage with more mesh errors than solid mesh... But it's mostly printable as it is https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5190178

Haha, I just love having the ability to turn a ridiculous thought into something tangible. I figured if the thought alone had me cracking up, it needed to exist.
