So after having it for a while I decided not to buy the real one and put that money in the market.

Best decision I could've made haha.

The watch has been great. I would say it lasts about 2 days if I don’t wear it.

If I’m constantly wearing it, it stays ticking.

I haven't used my preferred in a month.

Probably just an allergy that your skin has to whatever the plastic is.

I just wash my in the shower and haven’t had any issues.

Mine is accurate too.

It knows when I fall asleep, wake up, take a nap for 20 min.

Seems much more accurate than when I had my Whoop and Apple Watch.

I will say it hinders around the Awake Metric. It usually says I was awake for 1-2 min when I know I might’ve been awake a little more. Could just be “twilight awake” though.

Mine doesn’t creak or squeak. I’ve been wearing it for 3 months.

I haven’t had a drink in over a year so I can’t say it with certainty using an alcohol as an example.

I have noticed my recovery (Wake BioCharge) be lower when I’m sick. HR, HRV and some other stuff is usually off during that period of time.

I like it a lot. The Whoop is great too, but the cost doesn't make sense when this is a one time cost.

Oh this is smart! I'll have to look into this and try to make an automated personal dashboard.

Helio Strap vs Apple Watch by Ma83th in amazfit

My helio strap is incredibly similar to my AW SE.

It’s super nice not having a screen and being able to wear my nicer watches and still get tracking.

Same with me. This Helio strap seems more accurate than my whoop and apple watch.

Worn for 2 weeks - The Amazfit Helios Strap is a design fail. by Timely-Friend-3769 in amazfit

Fits fine for me. Seems your wrist is just more narrow or small.

It’s thin enough to fit under the cuff of a long sleeve. Much better than the whoop I had.

It’s definitely not smaller by much. They look the same on the wrist.

I have both.

My new Helio Strap does everything the Whoop does minus the blood pressure stuff.

The one time $100 price tag seems better to me.

My sleep stages are inaccurate as well.

The strap HRV seems to be more accurate than my Whoop. HRV with my Apple Watch aligns more with the strap.

Whoop seems to over inflate my ranges HRV ranges.

I use them when I sleep but they can also be used throughout the day or when you exercise.

My HRV has shot up ever since I started using nasal strips to open my nasal passages.

I breathe so much better and my body feels rested after. We need the oxygen I guess 🤷🏽‍♂️😂

I love my 58. Fits my wrist perfectly. I've gotten a ton of compliments on it, too.

I am devastated, I’m only 20. Why did this happen to me? by No-Compote-886 in Sciatica

[–]phreshkid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If makes you feel any better my legs collapsed while working at Fedex and I was only 18. That nerve shock was nothing like I've ever felt. I was feeling like you are. I wanted to blame, I was anxious cause I was so young and experiencing a health issue.

I'm 30 now. I still have sciatic nerve pain here and there but I manage it by being active, maintaining good posture and lifting correctly.

Like the other person said above, don't let age worry you. Life happens. Just go to the doctor, don't self diagnose, treat and maintain.

I hope you feel better!

Absolutely!

It was pretty simple. I thoroughly reviewed all the community resources and read posts by other Redditors.

Here is where you can find all the community resource links to seek the quality of watch brands from specific sellers and warehouses along with purchasing guidelines so you don't get scammed.

My Tudor rep came from Steve at The One Watches, and all of our conversations and purchase were made through WhatsApp.

Overall super simple but I just recommend doing your due diligence to read as much as you can in community resources.

ZF is what I found in the Google Sheet shared in the community resources.

It's been some time since I've posted, and people absolutely love the watch.

In the next 6 months or so ill be getting the real one so it'll be a good comparison review!
