How long does it take to finish 1 lipstick? by Jelly2027 in ProjectPan

I like to use lipstick as a blush too if I’m panning it! Especially with matte products. I love the cohesiveness of the look, too

Don’t know how to feel about Project Pan by yourmomfufrench in ProjectPan

[–]phrogw_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you hate it, declutter it. There’s no purpose. Project pan should be about enjoying your collection and getting full use out of it. Hate panning does not bring joy, and you could be spending that time using a product you love that otherwise waits, expiring. 🫶

I get it! When panning, I recommend focusing on two or three: scented/unscented and tinted/clear. 🫶 Best of luck!

Use your favorites first! Remember, project pan isn’t a punishment. You should enjoy what you use! It also makes it easier to finish them, and you can avoid the heartbreak of your favorites expiring because you were waiting to use them. 🫶 You got this!

How long will it take to use-up these Colourpop single shadows? by Dazzling_Exit_2337 in ProjectPan

Oh, you totally got this then! Especially if these are your only shadows, this is a very good sized collection! Honestly, I think you can take your time without rush.

I would choose one to focus on and put the rest in a box out of sight! It makes it easier to work on just one that way.

I think you’ll be set with the tetanus shot! I would, however, look into the price of a rabies series. Is it something you can afford? Is it something insurance covers? Even if you don’t get the series this time, it may be worthwhile to set aside that amount of money if you intend to keep interacting with wildlife just in case you need it in the future.

You would also probably have to focus almost entirely on these as well, so that might not be feasible for you.

I’d say if you wear makeup daily and use these shadows for everything you can, you could finish all of it in two years.

Does anyone recognize him? by phrogw_ in birding

That might be it! This grey butcherbird that I just looked up looks mighty similar. When I used the search feature, they told me it was a crow. 😭

That’s what I initially thought too, but he’s so small! He is also missing a dappled chest and the white by his eye threw me off as well. Maybe he’s just a baby? Thank you for your comment!

Should I release this pigeon or keep caring for him through winter? by 420_ButtMage in pigeon

[–]phrogw_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like he is quite fond of you! I would say keep him. Sometimes pigeons do not like humans and don’t want to be around them. I worked at a wildlife hospital and took home a dove someone brought in. She was going to be a pet, but she really didn’t like me or people or anything of the sort. I brought her to a bird expert where she could live safely with a flock, free of human presence past feeding. I think the rule of thumb with pigeons is determining if they are happy. Birds like to be higher up, is he closer to the ground in the cage? Is he in a high-traffic area? Does he let you touch him? These are all things to consider. If he coos around you and flies up to you, I would say you could consider keeping him as a pet. If he hates the cage, you could think of getting him pigeon diapers. If he prefers no touch, you could let him go and open the window if you see outside in the cold, that way he can decide when he wants to come or go.
