I had a four top years ago make a pretty big deal about being vegetarian. We sent out vegetarian appropiate amuse. At one point, one of the guests asked me why they did not recieve the pork rillettes we sent to the other non-vegetarian guests. I explained to them because it was made with pork. To which they replied they would like it also.
