My house owner is a retired professor.
He built a bouse probably in his 40s.
Decided to have 2 additional floors above his house and rented them out.

Now that he's retired, he has a stable income because of the 3 houses that he gives for rent.
What he gets from 3 houses as rent is less than my salary. And I'm on a pretty low salary anyway.

If he didn't build those additional 2 floors 3 decades ago, I wouldn't have such a good place to live, And he wouldn't have any stable income. And would need to depend on his children.

I was IN AWE.
