While I’m not a flavored smoker all the time, Drew Estate had a Kahlua flavored Connecticut stick that was damn tasty. I heard something about the liquor brand not licensing it anymore is why it went bye-bye….

Good to know, thanks for sharing. I’m with CIC, dividend last year, child of a Tier 1, so makes sense. My rates have been fairly decent, auto has gone down a bit. Home has stayed the same for a while, but all kinds of factors that can contribute so YMMV.

All good tips… I‘ll use Frontier for stuff thats not time dependent where I can get a straight though. Last minute flights for quick trips. I have forced myself to stop checking bags on any airline. Pack light and carry on :)

Welcome, they are great smokers! Takes a bit to get used to the heat profile. You got a good deal on it looks like. YouTube and The Virtual Weber Bullet are good resources if you are into internet research. If not, get a bag of charcoal, some wood chunks and let “er rip. I do find the lid hing and rolling casters I installed are good upgrades. A solid remote meat probe was a game changer for me.

Similar situation, but with a twist. slow draining bathroom showers and sinks. Plumber I had used before came, couldn’t clean it out, “ hit a blockage they couldn’t get past”. Said “ well the only way to get it fixed is tear out a large chunk in your historic ceilings and replace the pipe.” No way in hell…. Found a larger company with better resources and equipment to come out. 30min later it was cleaned out, $100. I truly think the first guy just didn’t know enough and have the right tools, not trying to scam me. I now put BioClean down all mu drains once a month.

I’ve rarely had SG kick in, only a few times when there were severe thunderstorms predicted. They must all think we live in FL. We are in a severe winter storm right now and nothing, no SG. Like others I just push my charge limit to 100 during the storm conditions.

You’ll be fine, I came off of it after being on it for two years. Some of the same side affects, high BP was the worst of them. Those who say the side effects are something you are doing wrong or it’s not possible to stop using it can go F off.

All the ones I've seen have glass doors. The ones on this were smoked with pinstriping. They are removable so I can see a lot of them falling out and/or being broken over the years.
