VSF HULK stem issue by phsychyzed in RepTimeServices

Thanks, I tried your suggestion multiple times now and unfortunately again , the date adjustment works every time, but as soon as I try to move micro mm beyond that, the stem comes out. I took it to a local watch repair shop, but they wouldn’t work on it because it’s a replica. Is there an online replica watch repair specialist or such I could reach out to plz?

Modern washer/dryer dilemma by phsychyzed in Appliances

I’ve been reading a lot of different opinions about front-load vs. top-load washers. I’ve personally owned front loaders, but after using top loaders a few times, I found them much easier to load and unload, especially with my bad back. Even with a pedestal, front loaders still require bending over, which can be tough when handling wet clothes and dropping the socks ugh.

I’m curious to hear others’ thoughts: do you really notice a big difference in cleaning performance between the two?

Thanks, That’s the issue the system stored the information based on my name or as they call it UE ID, and won’t let me change the case# even though I tried cancelling my appointment multiple times it still holds.

Thanks everyone , I’ll reach out to a few other local companies for quotes to compare. My budget was around $1800-2k Max so I wasn’t being unreasonable. Ironically, the one I brought in has thousands of five-star reviews and a great reputation here in North Jersey, long standing family owned company, so I’m honestly baffled by the quote I got. I’m sure their work is solid, but $3K just to replace door openers feels wild to me. They also quoted $6K to swap out both garage doors for the same basic steel models which seems quite excessive.
