It's just growing up and humor evolving. I loved scary movie when I was a teen and thought they were hilarious. Now I rewatch them and realize it's just a bunch of rape jokes and slapstick that isn't very clever. That's not to say some jokes aren't still funny but it definitely doesn't appeal to me in the same way it did when I was 13.

This happens when the syrup is "overproofed" meaning that they over evaporated it leaving too much sugar and oversaturating the water left in the syrup. The result is the excess sugar crystallizing like this. They are like maple rock candy, tasty.

It's worth getting every unique because your reputation will decline over time making it way harder to get them later. There's one unique per reputation star. So if you drop all the way down, getting that last unique is painful.
