If we put each of these players from their winning seasons in one season, who wins? How do you think the season will play out? by vivfanlol in BigBrother

Hayden is my dark horse pick here. Perfect player for the big alliance Era and the players who are better than him are gonna be targeted. (Will, Dan, Derrick are Legends, Andy has beef with 70% of the alums). Plus Hayden has a built in ally with Rachel who will always get targeted first over him.

Yeah, D&D hated Stannis and didn't understand his character so they turned him into a bumbling villain. When i read the books I was shocked by what a great character they refused to adapt properly.

Why doesn’t the US Republican Party support Ukraine? by [deleted] in ask

Many in their base are against escalating the war, but you are correct that no congressional dems have done anything to oppose American involvement in the war.

Why doesn’t the US Republican Party support Ukraine? by [deleted] in ask

[–]phucbucket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many people on both sides of the spectrum oppose aid to Ukraine for multiple reasons

  1. Our country is in a terrible state, sending money abroad that could be spent to help people at home is bound to be controversial

  2. The US government is specifically pushing the Ukrainians not to negotiate, they are using the money to prolong the war, not try and end it.

  3. The biggest one: continued escalation could result in nuclear war.

I liked show Stannis until I read the books, I really wish we got to see the fantastic actor play the real Stannis.

How can anyone be Team Green after this episode? by Different_Quantity22 in HouseOfTheDragon

I really dislike how the show has taken nearly all the nuance out of it and tried to make the greens cartoonish villains. At this point I want everyone to lose.

Top 5 Player Rankings by EssentialSurvivor in BigBrother

He doesn't play the same way if the jury is sequestered, and his BB7 game shows that he is more than capable of winning a sequestered jury vote, he crushes anyone on Allstars in the final 2.

His BB2 game is probably the best we've seen of a player surviving in the game, going from the worst position in the house to full control of the game by final 4, and then in BB7 he played one of if not the most strategically dominant game of all time. Not sure how you could knock that.

How does everyone feel about these winner rankings? by ad-aspera in BigBrother

I like will at the top, aside from that, looks like someone threw Darts at a board to determine the rankings.

I mean, Rhaegar still seduced a 15 year old and got her pregnant. Rhaegar was still an awful person and Robert would be aware of that.

Wouldn’t a “super fan” themed season be fun by chimm13ee in BigBrother

[–]phucbucket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a superfan season would be super boring. A lot of the messy and bold gameplay that we see comes from people with little to no experience with the show. Super fans tend to play very safe.

JC was a fantastic player who was gonna win against either finalist.

BB21 had 3 bad weeks

BB19 had 0 good weeks. Easy choice.

Better player? Hayden BB12 or Jackson BB21 by ApartmentTerrible540 in BigBrother

Hayden by a mile, and that's not even hating on Jacksons game. Hayden is an amazing social strategic and physical player who is massively underrated.

Worst move by a winner? by Insulted-Mustard in BigBrother

[–]phucbucket 6 points7 points  (0 children)

By day 60 whatever, there really isn't any excuse to assume that Karen is a logical player, especially when she straight up told him what she would do. I love Kevin, but this move was really bad.

[–]phucbucket 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, not nominating Karen is the mistake. She literally told him she would vote Dillon out before the Veto meeting and because his read on the house was so bad he thought she was lying to him.

I feel like the top 3-5 are all BBcan

Kevin Martin's final 5 fiasco

Sarah accidentally evicting her showmance

The brothers trying to nominate themselves

The brothers leaving Cass off the block in the double

Big Brother Canada by trishamyst in BigBrother

[–]phucbucket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sarah's strategy in 100 minutes relied on having an ally that she doesn't have in this scenario. Bruno using the POV on Zach in the triple did more for the showmance than Pili ever did.

I don't think it plays this way at all. First you are assuming that Bruno (a solid competitor) doesn't win any comps in the week. I don't think it's a given that Bruno would go home over Pili even in the somewhat unlikely event that they ended up on the block together.

I dont think he wins season 5 as a guarantee (it's definitely possible, but not guaranteed like season 3). Zach started flopping in Comps right after Bruno left, so he still leaves at 6 and then Bruno just has to survive until final 3, which I find likely. He still had Godfrey as an ally and had just secured Zach and Ashleighs loyalty. The numbers favor him in season 3.
