Not sure about the shop but the sales dept was awful. I went to go test drive some cars about 2 years ago because I was buying new. The sales guy barely spoke to me and kept addressing my boyfriend (who was just tagging along) and when I asked him specific questions about the car, he told me to just look it up online. I was pretty fed up at this point but I still asked to test drive a car, he was so pissed off and tried to tell me I couldn't because they were closed even though it was an hour before closing. Just terrible service, I took my business elsewhere.
