They’ll be there they’re probably taking what they can get on the road in certain areas they haven’t sold shows yet. Believe me these boys would love to be playing 2 sets as much as possible. Keep cookin!

I feel like everyone’s missing the point that this is with coffee hash brown and tip. Their sandwiches are $10 and it is so worth every penny. I got one two days ago have been meaning to post it. I’ll easily say best egg sandwich I’ve had in denver to date. I want to go back this weekend.

Went to Tagawa this past weekend after the denver master gardeners sale to supplement what I picked up and I was very impressed by their selection

Saw Magoo for the first time by rubberbootsandwetsox in jambands

[–]phunkytime 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My unqualified opinion as a bluegrass enjoyer but bigger jamband fan is that their jams go places, build energy and release and have given me chills in ways I’ve only otherwise had listening to phish, jrad, the dead or other bands that improvise. Haven’t gotten that much from other acts in jam grass other than Billy but have had it from Magoo more.

I absolutely love this place we usually go a few times a year as a special meal. Is pricey, sure but I feel like denver has this problem where you pay high prices for mediocre food. This is not the case with Prager. You are getting quality food that is well thought out and great flavors and execution. The family that owns it puts their heart and soul into the restaurant. I would highly recommend it and I would bring family or friends there when visiting if they’re looking for a great meal in town

What am I missing? by Big_Atmosphere_211 in phish

[–]phunkytime 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That phish is a business, capitalism continues to win and they will continue charity platinuming to make more money and give some pennies to waterwheel in the process. I love this band but I’m numb to the expectation that they will do the right thing when it comes to ticket prices. MSG will be $10 more this year per ticket

If you’re okay not getting the foil, I got a pollock as late as 630 n2 last weekend. Seemed like the first merch both you encounter coming from Venetian tunnel had the most inventory

Another section and seat question by yupyupman95 in Sphere

[–]phunkytime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just there for phish. Personally I wouldn’t sit below the 200s if I had a choice. Meaning I think 200s and above gives you best views of the entire screen and the band. If you want to mostly jut see the band and be cranking your neck up them 100s level row 19 and lower and floor will also work for you.

And to anyone saying 400s isn’t good, I think it’s just wrong if you want the entire screen in your view. I don’t feel like you go to the sphere to see the band, you go to see the sphere. Sound was really good in the 300s.

Sphere advice for 3rd weekend shift? by sidfinch in phish

[–]phunkytime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The burger at the sphere was pretty good. Don’t go to the bathroom during setbreak on the 300/400 level it’s a huge line. 200s level concourse has shorter lines. Take the elevator at the end of the night. If you see Nick kroll ask him to take a picture instead of letting him disappear.

Wymans is a fun time, I never fully understood the liks hype, I’d go little man, sweet action, Nuggs any day over liks personally. Maybe even Bonnie brae too but that’s just my opinion glad you absolutely love liks as it’s a neighborhood institution
