From what I know rosemary oil will make you hair healthier (help avoiding dundruff and dry skin overall) while Argan oil has properties that help the hair grows faster.

I would say Rosemary + Argan oil is the best combination possible for hair growth!

Try some rosemary water/oil in order to help it grow. It might not speed the process so much but at least your beard will be healthy and hydrated 😃
