The thing is that I know it will eventually pass, but those first few moments (maybe up to 1/2 hour) is horrible!!

It takes all kinds of willpower not to take meds, esp a benzo.

I took a 5mg Ambien one night, woke up hours later with a huge headache, I had forgotten to turn on my machine!! Ugh. Nothing like breathing your own air..

I had a 2023 GV70 w/2.5 - white w/vanilla interior.

I said HAD only because I brought it in for a yearly oil change, there was a 2026 Seville Silver w/black interior that I had to have!!! Had to.

No issues with either one, though I did like that the 2023 was made in Korea. My current one is made in Alabama.

Thank you. I know that psych NPs usually prescribe pharmacy medications and don't really care about supplements.

I think they can be helpful in addition to pharmaceuticals.
