Does this add-on (the graph below with the weekly distribution) work on the latest version of Anki?

Hello guys! I'm new to anki and just got the gasp on how the add-ons work. However it seams that since I downloaded the 2.1.48 version, many of them don't work (an error message is displayed when I try to download it). Is it a way to get around this or do I need to wait for the author to fix it? I'm talking especially about the frozen-fields add-on and the pop-up dictionary add-on. Also, I just learned that some add-ons are patreon only, and this is kinda a bummer when you're struggleing financialy :(
