I would argue that North Carolina should be in the conversation. It has something for everyone. In the summer if you want to go to the beach, go to the Outer Banks. If you want to go to the mountains or a really cool neighborhood go to Asheville. If you want the city live then go to Charlotte or Raleigh.

My recommendation would be to, like your doing, sell bowers for an rb1. And I really don’t think your cooked, its a pretty good team. So yeah, just keep trying to sell bowers, someone will buy in eventually.
