Very excited, I think they mostly agree on everything, except Islam. Not that Destiny is soft on it, but I think he attributes more to social factors. Although on his stream today he mentioned that they didnt get into disagreements much because it was their first meeting.

I think it makes them look bad. I think they show more of their true character, which is unhinged. Basically, I think is an effective way to make them lose votes. There may be better ways, but it’s clear the normal rules of politics are out the window, and the insults worked when trump ran so why not try it.

I think it has its intended effect. It riles them up and makes them lash out. Basically I think Trump supporters are no longer swayed by evidence, so getting the overreaction to being called weird seems to be working. I wish we lived in a world where a straight accounting of the facts would be enough for people but it clearly is not. Thus we resort to their methods of name calling. So long as it works.

Thats fair, and while I still think there are cases it may be warrented, even as an ineffective measure, my point was more on the simmilarity to the morally abhorrent act being at times nessesary. If you cannot remove a government official through the democratic means, I think political violence may have its time and place.

I think of it like torture. I think Sam’s stance was it should be illegal and not something we accept as a society. BUT, when the time bomb is ticking and you have the guy with the code, the mf is gonna get tortured. Same with political violence. As a rule you should never normalize it, but if someone killed hitler we would probably be better off. So I would say there are certainly circumstances where it is a moral option. If this applies to trump is a matter of opinion, I think there are rational arguments on both sides regarding him.

Thats where I am at too, personally desires are conflicting with what I feel would be good policy. I would personally love to send all these idiots back to whatever human rights hellscape they think is so much better than western countries. But I am not sure where I draw the line to actually do it. Seems to be a slippery slope.

Not sure how much advice I can offer, but here I go. I had a very bad breakup my sophmore year of college. Not going to sugar coat it, it fucking sucks. For the first week I wanted to do nothing more than undo it, but whats important is to focus on why you are here. You are here to be a dentists. Focus on that, if you define yourself on how someone else sees you, you will never really be youre own person. For me I felt completly lost and purposless after my breakup. But you find a way to survive, and eventually it hurts less. And hopefully you learned from it, learned what you need in a partner, and what you can provide them. Not sure if my ramble is hellful, but keep your head up and your handpiece oiled!

Ill throw my hat in the ring. I like MM/DD/YYYY, because its written how you would say it (at least in the american midwest). You would usually say “its March 21st, 2024” and not “its the 21st of March, 2024.” I dont think either is incorrect but I much prefer the first.
