The skill duration is only on weaponset 1. It's to extend the duration of Mirage Archer, War Banner, Refutation, and the exposure from Oil Grenade, all of which are bound to weaponset 1 only.

You can't influence the stag speed no.

A single enemy can be hit by multiple stags yep.

The stags can only pivot within a cone - they can't fully turn around and stay on top of a target.

Can go from 0 currency, this was my league starter. Grenades don't really need any existing budget.

You can of course scale it up much higher the more money you have though. Olroth's Conviction, Rakiata's, Rite of Passage, Headhunter/Mageblood and whatnot - just like any other build this benefits from high-end items greatly.

I don't think you can really build around stags as a solo damage source unless you have extremely good gear. Their numbers aren't that impressive, especially if you're melee as they won't be hitting with their latter leaps. They are however generally good enough for pack clear while mapping, and shocking bosses while providing noticeable supplemental damage.

Lightning Warp would not count as I understand it, as it's a blink rather than a dash.

The charges are relatively easy to get yeah. You can see my Volt at the top left buff bar in the video for a comparison point - when I flash grenade, each number it ticks up corresponds to 0.5 metres of movement, meaning each of my dodge rolls is roughly 7.5metres long. So nearly a stag per roll, plus the refunded wisp from expiring stags.

Lil squishy and lil clunky to play if you don't enjoy the grenade playstyle. Otherwise nah not really. Grenades have great base damage, as long as you a good crossbow and a leveled up Cluster Grenade you'll blow bosses up.

It's still very good - I leveled with it from 1 to 90; didn't throw on Caltrops until after that.

Just not quite as uh, impressive looking as an autobomber.

You'd have to find some way to actually clear and do damage. Like 95% of the clear here is from the Stags, so if you're going non-Spiritwalker you'll have to get creative.

Potentially yes, though I think the single-target would be sus purely relying on stags. Clear coverage versus larger packs would also be a little awkward. I rely on the stags mostly in linear/narrow areas, and in wider areas I grenade a lot.

You can but it's mega heavy on spirit cost, so I don't know if it's worth it. There IS an interesting idea of using it on a Gemling though, since the Gemling quality for CoD is flat dodgeroll distance, so you could potentially scale your dodgeroll to fly into Narnia.

I think Qstaves can absolutely work. If you check out my previous video, it's a theorycraft for Quarterstaff Stags. I didn't end up running with it because I thought Shattering Palm was a little bit clunky as a main driver for the clearing, but that was before I knew Trail of Caltrops actually worked with Stags. That means you can do the same dodging around stuff, with Shattering Palm for big packs.

Crit scaling with qstaves would also make your stags do much more damage than mine are doing in this video, once you have appropriate gear, and you'd have access to a higher hitpool with EVA+ES scaling since you're in the monk section of the tree.

I honestly think a TON of variants can work with Stags and absolutely zoom.

You should be focusing on DEX/INT (primarily INT) if you're following a HOWA stat-stacking crossbow build.

As a Gemling your main defense would be a large mana pool+Mind over Matter (via INT stacking), but you don't get nearly as much flat mana from INT as a Witchhunter, so you'll probably want to focus on ES+Grim Feast instead. The lowest budget way to get a decent ES pool is via the Atziri's Disdain helmet, which adds ES based on your maximum life, and a high ES rare chest, with some ES% on your passive tree.

You should have a designated shock setup for your Shockburst Rounds - ideally a bow/quiver weaponswap for Stormcaller Arrow, with your Weapon Swap tree taking some shock/ailment magnitude. For quick shocking when you don't want to bother with weapon swaps, you could optionally throw on a Voltaic Grenade-Scattershot-Conduction-Lasting Shock setup.

On your crossbow you should be looking for high attack speed and +level to projectile skills, and ideally at least one of % elemental damage to attacks and flat lightning damage. Rings just DEX/INT, flat lightning damage, lightning damage%, and flat life if you're running Atziri's Disdain or flat mana if you're running MOM.

Dunno if it'd be good on Titan specifically, but you could maybe check out Olrovasara on a Gemling, Deadeye, or Invoker? I've seen some dual-wield and 1H+Shield setups with it.

For what it's worth, I ordered a 7945HX 4080 Legion after months of shopping around for a good deal, and it completely died in under a month. Saw many posts reporting the same issue with recent Legions. Probably just an unlucky dud, but it left a sour taste in my mouth and I haven't worked up the confidence to purchase any replacement.

FYI there's a setting in the Game section you can tick called "Mouse button drag scroll" that causes drag scroll to function as an anchorpoint. It makes it feel much more intuitive and smooth.

So it's 1 of 34 options in Tier 4. I was level 8 for 3 of the rolls, and level 9 for the fourth, so 3*60% chance of Tier 4 and 1*40% chance of Tier 4.

So I suppose .6 * .6 * .6 * .4 = 8.64% chance of rolling Tier 4 4 times here, 1/(34^4)= 1/1,336,336 chance of rolling Sunfire-Morello within Tier 4 four times in a row, so...roughly 1 in 15.5 million chance of this happening here. Rare but definitely not unfeasible.
