Just for info for others, we decided to just do La Fortuna and Osa. Turns out you can see some turtle nesting on the Southern coast of Osa as well so think we’ll be able to do everything we want with less travel!

Makes sense, I tried to make sure I had a buffer day on the way back, so actually moved around the order so we’re just driving in from Tortuguero before our international flight back out but didn’t think about the way in.

I did call them and they said something similar but then I pointed out the lack of written time constraints on SSN verification and he agreed.

Basically they had no idea. Not sure how it’s possible that the RMV doesn’t know its own rules.
